This tutorial describes the Engagement Dashboard, the dashboard that consolidates, over a given period, all the engagement indicators for your internal communications.
1. Open the Engagement Dashboard
From the left-hand menu, open Communication, then Engagement Dashboard. You arrive at the Monthly Report — Management, organised into six tabs: Overview, Sector Benchmark, Content & Categories, Audiences, Engagement and eNPS & Verbatims.
At the top of the page, a Period selector (30 days by default) as well as filters by entity, role and category let you refine the analysis.

2. Overview
The first tab displays the key indicators for the month (number of sends, employees reached), the trend in view and click rates as well as the trend in the ICS Score. The Strategic Impact — Value of Communication section highlights the correlation between the ICS Score and eNPS, and shows an attention index flagging a possible risk of employee overload.

3. Sector Benchmark
This tab lets you compare your performance to that of similar organisations in the same industry.
4. Content & Categories, Audiences
These two tabs detail, respectively, the performance of your publications by content category, and the breakdown of engagement across your organisation's audiences (entities, roles, etc.).
5. Engagement
This tab details the ICS Score (Internal Communication Score), calculated out of 100 points from three components displayed side by side: Reach, Engagement and Relevance. It also shows participation in interactive modules (polls, likes, etc.) and the click-through rate per send, ranked from best- to worst-performing.

6. eNPS & Verbatims
The last tab gathers the results of eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) surveys as well as the verbatim comments collected from employees.
You now know how to consult and interpret your organisation's Engagement Dashboard.
